The Congress is intended for all professionals who work in and with tourism and hospitality. It brings together more than five hundred participants, including entrepreneurs, industry professionals, political leaders, public administration, local authorities, tour operators, travel agencies, restaurants, suppliers, technology companies, banks, insurance companies, consultants, academics, tourism schools, transport, mobility, sustainability, investment and institutional partners.

It is a meeting designed to exchange ideas and discuss the challenges and the future of the tourism industry.

Participation requires completing the online registration form available on the official Congress website, where different registration categories are provided.

The Congress will take place from February 11th to 13th, 2026, at the Porto Customs House.

Participation includes access to working sessions, the exhibition area, all meals (Get Together, coffee breaks, lunches and dinner) and the social events of the program. Student, Exhibitor and Accompanying Person registrations have specific conditions. We recommend consulting the general conditions.

Yes. The badge must be presented to access sessions, meals, and social programs.

Registration is automatically valid for the 2028 edition. Alternatively, participants may request a refund.

They are used only for communications related to the Congress (program, schedules, transfers, evaluations, etc.). AHP may use images captured during the event for commercial, journalistic, or institutional purposes.

Registration is carried out exclusively through the online form.

The deadline is 31 January 2026.

Registration categories include Member, Sponsor, Partner, Lecturer, Student, Non-Member, Accompanying Person, and Exhibitor — each with specific conditions.
Early Bird rates are available until 19 December.

No. Accommodation must be booked through AHP in the registration form. Special rates are available for the Congress partner hotels.
Accommodation cancellations after 15 December 2025 are non-refundable.

A Meal Pack is available as an optional add-on.

Companies with an AHP partnership agreement have access to special registration conditions. To create or learn more about a partnership agreement, please contact AHP.

Full access to sessions, meals, and the exhibition area; institutional visibility; and preferential conditions for participating in the National Congress of Hospitality and Tourism.

Exhibitors registered by Sponsors have free and exclusive access to the exhibition area. This registration does not include meals.

If there is no partnership or sponsorship in place, the appropriate category is Non-Member. If your company wishes to become a Congress Sponsor, please contact AHP.
